Its almost time for the Top 2000 blog party organised each year by Marit Barentsen again. I combined my blogpost from 2016 to give you this Blast from the past post with everything I made for this party in 2016.

Day 6 of the blog party already. Just one more day to go and then this year and the blog party are over. Today I made these artworks:
#331 - Bob Marley & the Wailers - Three little birds
Started with a gelliplate printed background, added 3 birds from magazin clippings and gave each bird a lyric from the song
# 296 - Within Temptation - Ice Queen
Made this on a pressed wood background that was painted blue. Added a face with oil bars. Made hair with acrylic paint and glass beads and white glas christmas decoration in gel medium
Added stars with plaster and colored the background with acrylic paint and acrylic ink.

Today my last entry for the top2000 blog party.
#205 Neil Young - Heart of Gold
On an old little canvas with a background of paint and little stones I added tissue paper painted with dylusions and added a heart made of painted paper towel.
